Terry is committed to serving the North Shore community and the best interests of his clients. He entered the real estate profession because of his desire to work with people face-to-face, and to help them realize their dreams.

Since moving to the North shore in 1992, Terry has been President of the research arm of the District 39 School Board, Chairman of the District 39 School Board Caucus, and President of the New Trier High School Board Caucus. Terry brings this same level of involvement to his clients’ needs and concerns when they buy or sell a home.

Prior to his real estate career, Terry worked successfully in two quite different fields. In 1977, he was the originator and first General Manager of the popular FM radio station, WLUP, “The Loop”. When Terry moved on in 1980, the station was sold for, at that time, the second highest price ever paid for an FM station. After leaving broadcasting to pursue his interest in the stock and futures markets, Terry was an options and futures trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Mid-America Commodities Exchange. He also helped retail clients trade the wide variety of futures markets, from soybeans to foreign currencies.

Terry is a member of the North Shore-Barrington Board of REALTORS®, the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He focuses his expertise in Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview, Glencoe, Skokie, Northfield, Northbrook, and Evanston.

In his free time, Terry collects rare books and writes short stories. He lives in Wilmette with his wife, Roberta, and daughter, Jamie.
