Prior to being a broker Ivy practiced real estate law and managed property, a career that has spanned over 20 years in real estate. She holds a degree from the University of Arizona and a law degree from John Marshall Law School graduating in the top 21%. Her legal education and experience is very beneficial in both negotiations and interpreting real estate contracts.

Ivy grew up in Highland Park and has always enjoyed the surrounding communities, living in Evanston for seven years and in Chicago for over a decade. Family is a top priority. Her philanthropic endeavors include bicycling in the MS150 for over 7 years. She is dedicated to helping others.
